Links on the site today
Current shopping links are ordinary links to official merchants or relevant brand pages. We do not receive a commission from these unmarked ordinary links. A product appearing in an article does not mean that the brand sponsors, approves or is affiliated with Wit & Whimisy.
If affiliate links are added
An affiliate link may allow us to earn a commission if you make an eligible purchase, usually without changing the price you pay. Future affiliate links will be individually identified, and a disclosure will appear before the first commercial link in the relevant article. A general footer disclosure will not replace clear notice beside the content.
How recommendations are chosen
We consider the reader's scenario, practical features, repeat use and tradeoffs. Commercial opportunities do not justify invented experience, ratings or product claims. Unless expressly stated and supported, a recommendation is a researched editorial selection rather than a report of hands-on testing.
Sponsored content and gifts
Any future paid article, gifted product or other material brand relationship will be clearly disclosed in the relevant content. We do not claim current partnerships simply because a merchant is linked.
